GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The teachers all care about the students. They are fair in their grading, and try to have relationships with the students.

My teachers have been known to frequently make students feel lower than themselves. My calculus teacher has made me feel like I do not even deserve to be in her presence. I do not believe that most of the teachers have any interest in their students' grades whatsoever.

The teachers were all outstanding and the students were mostly kind, smart and talented. My experience at Goreville High wa...

The superintendent refuses to deal with any problems and just thro...

My child came to this school in the seventh grade. While at first she was accepted, it quickly changed. As she is not a country girl that plays sports.
