Worst school ever. Teachers are rude, students are horrible, bullying and harassment is pungent throughout the school. Everything about this school is overall terrible. It is not uncommon to be picked on by a teacher. Students are even worse. You can expect a fist fight to happen daily with no provoking necessary.

Amazing culture and welcoming environment at Barr Middle School - the staff is kind and warm, the teachers are dedicated and fun, and the students are respectful and engaged! Just an all around great school! I wish there were more like them!

The place to be to get an excellent education in Grand Island. Dedicated and caring staff, diverse student population, excellent curriculum, and high expectations.
