Overall the school is incredible at college prep. It has great academics, the teachers are good, and the facilities are typically well managed. It has a rigorous academic environment, and almost all students are involved in extracurriculars.

I love this school, couldn't ask to go to a better school. Of course, there are always the little irritations but realistically, it's amazing.

The overall experience was good, but there was a lack of diversity at the school. Often times the kids at that school have no real understanding of the world outside of the "bubble".

There are various class-strings (i.e. journalism, world history, arts) that support all types of students. The only faults that may be...

I came to Live in East Grand Rapids because I wanted my child to go to a good school. I was insulted by the secretary because I could not make the day to pick up school schedules since I have to work. I was asked if I lived in East GR as if I could not afford to live there. My child is being bullyed...

I was more than prepared for college when I attended and tested out of all Freshman requirements because the teachers had prepared me so well. When we moved back to East as an adult it was for the schools and we could not b...
