Kenowa Hills is a good school district, I moved here in my eighth grade year and it was one of the best decisions I made. I made plenty of new friends and was introduced to a new learning style. The teachers and administration team are amazing. The only thing I would like to see change is the way women's sports are treated. A woman team could have a better record than the men's and they still get looked over. I do not understand it and I feel it is something that should be changed.

Communication between office and staff is horrible Communication between office and students is even worse Planning is not a strong suit of Kenowa Hills. They have great AP teachers, but two of them are leaving after this year and I am scared for future AP students The new staff is not great and old staff is not appreciated enough One thing that I hated was that we never had any field trips. the only way to maybe go on a trip was if you took French, Band or Orchestra The office ladies are not very welcoming at Kenowa and are slow to deal with attendance Student Services is mostly great except if you want help with Dual Enrollment from the person in charge of Dual Enrollment, good luck because she will always defer you to your counselor and never respond to your emails asking for her help The clubs that we have at Kenowa are not very structured and meet irregularly, but Student Council is amazing NHS is not worth it. We barely do anything compared to SC but are praised

They have closed most of the bathrooms because student have been vaping, they have now made their phone rule more complicated than it needed to...

I wanted to pull my children in 2007, wish I would've then but I foolishly thought they couldn't replace friends after 2nd grade. Fortunately, my youngest is receiving a better education at Jenison.
