I am happy that Green received the funds to build a new school for the local students. I feel that the teachers are lacking in their skills to properly convey the subject matters to the students. My senior English teacher is a college German language teach who within the last month received her certificate to teach English in high school.

The best part is the staff and environment. There is an average of 1:15 teacher-student ratio, which gives me personal connections with my teachers. The worst part is the lack of a broad choice in education, and lack of diversity.

What I like about Green High School, is that we all accept each other. Green is such a small school that everyone knows each other, their parents, their grandparents, and even some great grandparents. If we have a new student, everyone welcomes them with open arms no matter the race, religion, or size. We don't think we are better than anyone else at all. We don't receive the best education, but we do have good futures ahead.
