GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This school is a perfect little farm-community school. Most everyone is related to each other or treats you as if you are family. Nearly the entire community is involved somehow with the school. The teachers are amazing and the athletics are spot on. The whole community supports all the events ran by the school. This was a great school to graduate from and I'm glad I ended my high school career here.

I feel very safe at my school. I never have to worry about anything bad happening. We have security measures such as: every visitor is required to sign in at the office and all of our classroom doors are locked throughout the day in case of an intruder. Bullying happens, but it never turns into a big issue. We do not have the funding for a school nurse so instead we have a "health aid". She acts like a nurse, however, she cannot do many things a nurse can do nor does she have the qualifications.

Some of the school rules are lax while others have more hype to it. Dress code is usually the biggest problem at Green Ridge. The administration and staff do their best to uphold all of the rules and are always very helpful and understanding. Bullying is not tolerated and if reported, consequences take place. Our guidance counselor is very helpful and does everything she can to help all the students in the school. We have a great administrative team at our school.

Excellent school! Administration, teachers and staff members truly care about students’ learning and well-being. They are well prepared for college or career after graduation. Great school in a great community!

I believe the students of this school receive the highest quality academic instruction available. Especially when one factors in the more individual instruction one would naturally expect from smaller class sizes. I feel like the majority of the students educated at this school receive many opportun...
