This is a good high school! It offers a lot of AP classes, the teachers are fairly good, and we have a good culture as a school.

When I attended college for engineering, I didn't have half the classes I need for perquisite for my first year. Most of those classes this school didn't even offer. The ones this school did offer were only available if you attended the school district prior to high school. Before you write me off as a slacker, I had a 4.2 overall average. If you intend for your children to go to college, find another school. I got my degree in spite of Harborfields, not because of it.

We just moved here from NYC and now have three kids in different schools in the district. My 9th grader started at HHS and was welcomed right away. I was nervous about how the kids would be to a city kid, but everyone has been kind and respectful. What really surprised me is how amazing the art prog...

If I could, I would give the school a zero star rating. I am a former student of Harborfields, I would not recommend sending your kids to this district unless you hate them. Teachers DO NOT know how to teach!!! It is, by far, the worst school district I have ever seen. Administration doesn’t care ab...

I’m so grateful for the amazing experience my child has had at Harborfields High. The music program is outstanding, and thanks to the supportive teachers, many kids are selected for the NYSSMA All-State Festival, a huge honor. The teachers are nurturing and always help students succeed, while the st...
