At first I really enjoyed eastern but then towards my senior year i realized that if you're not in the popular group or popular that nobody cares about you. The school spirit is crap and nobody really cares about the sports

I have enjoyed my time at Eastern High School. The teachers have always been so helpful and open to questions I had. The staff has always been really helpful to me.

I loved the music department and many of the professors. I am very happy with my education there. I did not like the inability to speak my mind. The ideology of the student body and faculty was very limited, and it seems like there is an almost collective consciousness there. I learned what to think rather than how to think.

Eastern is a solid choice academically and prepares students well for college. If your family puts stock into athletic programs you would do better elsewhere. School board politics greatly favor conservative families that observe a protestant religious view.
