GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

What I like about my school is the personal relationship you can development with the teachers and students. Because it is a small school everyone knows everyone and some of the teachers genuinely take the time to get to know you and make sure you're doing okay. I would like to see the overall environment of my school change. Because the school system is underfunded and my school has an overall very low reputation, our school spirit is always at an all time low.

It is the worst school you could ever send your child to. Please try and send them to Manchester instead.

I moved here in the middle of my sophomore year, and I taught trigonometry better than my own teacher did, and I was in advanced honors math. The teachers do not seem to care about the students, unless they're black, and that i...

I attended upson lee north elementary for kindergarten and have attended meriwether county schools since. I have heard many stories of peoples experience in this district and its not given the cr...

My rating is based on my 1970 graduation from Greenville High School. I just had my book, "Bridge to Nowhere," a Christian mystery-romance-suspense published by Sunpenny in England and it hit the best sellers' list within the first month of release...so I would say that Greenville High School did so...
