Teachers, overall are great! Unfortunately, their hands are tied. No support from administration. Administration has no back bone to stand up for teachers. It's been a pleasant surprise. Other than the one-time bullying we had to deal with, which isn't totally the school's fault, we've been very happy with it. We contemplated private school, but our confidence in the school has continued to grow every year.
