I do enjoy GD for the most part, I like how involved clubs get and how sportsmen like the sports teams are. The education itself is good, although a lot of our materials are getting to be too old. I do think that 95% of the teachers there are qualified to be teaching what they do. However, what I don't like is how we are always making budget cuts when we are a wealthy town. We are cutting teachers just because they don't have 10 year when some of the other teachers are terrible and have done things that should have gotten them fired a long time ago. I also do not like the unfair treatment of sports teams. It seems like a lot of the booster money goes to the football team, and therefore means that we have to pay for a lot of other stuff for other teams. Also with the budget cuts being made, the cost of sports may double which will cause less people to be able to join. That aside, it is a good school, the education is up to par and most of the time the hot lunch is good.

The facilities are nice considering the school was built in 2003. The school makes its best attempt to build a community through a plethora of clubs and sports.

Great teachers and wonderful education, sports are alright but some sports get much more funding and attention than others. Lots of many types of students and wide range of electives to take.

My child transferred in for the second part of Sophmore year, and just graduated in 2020. Moved to Groton in large part BECAUSE of the school. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Loved the teachers and staff. Caring professionals.

It's a very good school, with a good administration despite some recent turnover. My daughter is in mostly AP classes and doing great. The school facilities are well-maintained. My only complaint is that they need a cell repeater because there is no T-Mobile service there, which makes it hard to con...

Groton Dunstable is a very good school. The majority of teachers are excellent. The new principal is by all appearances doing a very good job. We do not have as many courses to offer as would a larger school, but we cover the basics and then some. There is a good selection of AP classes and the mate...

GDRHS is a very good school for its size . Child 1 graduated in last couple of years, one attends now. Block scheduling is a very good idea, enhancing focus, in a time where distractions abound.(FaceBook, e-mails texts). However the drawback to it is having 4 blocks classes each semester makes for t...
