GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We moved to the district during my daughter's sophomore year. The teachers and staff have been great with my daughter. She's gotten a lot of individual attention she probably wouldn't have gotten at a larger school. However, I feel the school has brought her down academically. I don't feel they have prepared her for college. I wish they had more AP and advanced classes. She has been able to do dual enrollment, though.

Many students smoke weeds. Students vape in the restroom. Teachers teach students cursory. Low level of education. Do not send your kids to this school.

Extremely poor experience. As an alumni, I experienced the worst 6 years of my life at Brindlee Mountain Middle and High School at the hands of my peers, the unresponsive and often combative teachers, and the cruelty and narcissism of the principal. Teachers and the principal often said inflammatory...
