GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Well, this school isn't the best school in anything. They have teachers who treat you well, though, but that's about the only upside to this school other than small classes. The school doesn't focus on academics at all, really, and doesn't teach us about how the real world is going to be. I like it here because I've never been anywhere else, and I'm comfortable for the time being.

I would choose this school because the teachers make you feel like your loved. My school everyone has to be respectful and nice to each other. If we see someone that needs help we should do the right thing and go help them out. Our school motto is "just do the right thing." We believe in respect, good education but most importantly we need to have fun in high school to. At guy-Perkins you will get a great education and you will have so many friends. It's a small school and we all know each other. I would go back because Guy-Perkins is my family.

Every student has the chance to be in a club. Our clubs are very organized and easy to get involved.

Guy-Perkins High School has some of the most wonderful faculty and staff that I have been around. They truly care about the students and strive to help them any way they can, both academically as well as emotionally and socially. They educate the whole child.
