Id say H.M.King High School is a ok school but extremely strict where i don't trust a lot of staff that work at the school and need more teachers to work at this school because a lot of teachers left or got put into jail. However the students are very uncomfortable to be around especially when they smoke i want to be taught in school not to be surrounded by student's who don't want to learn, But i do want to feel safe in this school but not really everybody looks like people want to hurt me. overall the best experience at H.M.King was that i was in the top three of homecoming queen.

Walking in my sophomore year I could believe we had to go back to school. I missed waking up at exactly 8:00am and just turning on my laptop and finishing my easy google docs work in about 4 hours. Using all my other time to play video games. I walk in and see familiar faces and new faculty. My first class was Ap World History. Mr.Rose was my teacher and was brutally honest with his opinions. Mr rose told use we are still recovering from the pandemic but not to let it slow us down anymore. Saying it was the start of our high school life. 10/10 teacher he should be arguing on Fox News about how the pandemic shouldn't be the reason we slow down. 2nd period was across all the way outside of the building. Giving I was upstairs and the hallways were full of students lost and I was only a freshman I Barely had time to get to next class. SSG Camacho and LC Troia were gonna change my life in the most positive reinforcement I ever had in my life. This has it's gems.

So far, my experience with this school has been decent or okay, to say the least. Just like any other school it has its ups and downs. Along the way I've gained several friends as well as enrolled in several Pre-AP/AP classes such as English, US History, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus, and I plan on attending AP Calculus this coming school year. Some of the teachers are great, some are decent. My English teacher has been a great help these past years. Other than that it's been an... experience to say the least

The school is ok, but teachers aren’t too nice with students. My daughter is late to class because she has an injury, but the teachers always give her a tardy note even though they know she has an injury and that’s not fair.
