I have had an overall very good experience with Hackettstown HIgh School. I often enjoy my classes and am eager to talk about them at home with my parents. I have had great teachers who are helpful and strive for all students's success also have had great interactions with the administrators and can see how much they care about every students education and wellbeing. Sports have definitely impacted my high school experience. I have had great coaches. My time at Hackettstown High School has been great and I am very thankful for how the school has impacted me.

Hackettstown High School is the single worst public school in the tristate area. From restricting your first amendment rights to forcing students to log how many times they go to the bathroom. The administration has no interest in bettering the high school experience and nor do most of the teachers. Trust me, if you pay taxes in Hackettstown; they are going to a completely useless high school.

But, thanks to the Mayor and the money hungry town council, it is now it is overrun by multiple vape shops, teenage spanish gangs (yes, seriously), drug riddled and the school is wholly unsafe. They do nothin...

Some very bad teachers at this school, and even worse staff. They do not care about your child’s learning, avoid this school if you can.
