GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My school is very small. The graduating classes are from 18 to 25 kids per grade. The teachers are overworked and underpaid. There isn't very much diversity in my school. I think the kids are all well behaved and have good academic ability. You get really close to the kids you go to school with. The best part about my school is the opportunity for higher education. They begin offering free duel enrollment classes starting as early as freshmen year. You can choose any community colleges that offer the program to take your courses. They are always helpful. It's very easy to Excel in my school because there is a small class size. The worst part is the teachers. They have to teach seven classes a day some with no prep hour. My school has set me up to do well in the future. I just hope more kids can come to hale. We have a sinking mileage fund that is being voted for this year also.

The parents were always around when a student needed them. Whether it was their own child or not.
