My experience at Hanahan High School was not great. Only one teacher I felt actually wanted us to do better and the job wasn't just a paycheck to her (thank you Ms. Jordan). This school is very limited in extracurriculars so in finding some to benefit college applications I'm doing charity work not through the school. The administration cannot get vaping under control by any means and overall my experience was quite disappointing and while I do feel relatively prepared for the next steps it is no thanks to the school.

I had a good overall experience at Hanahan. I had wonderful teachers and counselors who guided me through the many challenging aspects of high school.

Hanahan High School is the most roller coaster school I've ever been to. There were good days and there were bad days. The good days were the renaissance rallies and the bad days were us on lock down because of a shooter threat. It's hard to feel safe at Hanahan given the people that attend. I love my friends at Hanahan, but if I had to go back again, I wouldn't.
