Hancock is a good school if you are looking to coast through middle and high school with not too much strain. However, their outlook and the everyday attitude from the students isn't good. I believe it could become a better school if everybody would want to be involved again and participate in what the school, the sports and the faculty/staff had to offer the students.

Covid-19 has hit and has caused some of us students to take online classes. Online courses can become challenging if we are not sure of what to do and how to complete homework assignments. I am currently struggling with my math course because I am a visual learner. At the same time, I can not risk going to school, because there have been positive cases for Covid-19.

Although the teachers are generally knowledgeable and enthusiastic, this school has administration issues which need to be sorted before this school can be a viable option. Houghton is nearby and has better facilites and (generally better) learning opportunities for students.

I've never been here as a student, but I've always had a lot of respect for this school. They are all very friendly and good sports whether they lose or win. The school looks really nice and even offers their students a chance at a scholarship to Finlandia, the nearby college.
