These past 4 years at Hancock county high school has been the best experience I've ever had the teachers here are amazing and so helpful and kind and supportive you will have an amazing experience here

Hancock Middle/High School is an average size school that has a few hundred students. This school has lots of school spirit and involves their students in many fun activities during season events like wingding and Copper Bowl and a big library.

Hancock High School was overall decent. There were friendly teachers and staff, and the education I received there was good. Some problems were how strict and plainly stupid some rules were. Also, the food was mediocre.

Although the teachers are generally knowledgeable and enthusiastic, this school has administration issues which need to be sorted before this school can be a viable option. Houghton is nearby and has better facilites and (generally better) learning opportunities for students.

I've never been here as a student, but I've always had a lot of respect for this school. They are all very friendly and good sports whether they lose or win. The school looks really nice and even offers their students a chance at a scholarship to Finlandia, the nearby college.
