GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Geneva county is a good school, they mean well and every one is willing to help with things like college apps and act. We are just a very poor school so we have no art classes at all. But FFA, FBLA, FCCLA are all amazing and the advisors who head them up really love their kids and want to help us in every way, being academic or life.

Geneva County is a pretty okay school, but it does have its down. There are plenty of things that the school could do to improve itself. Probably one of the only good things you could get from Geneva County is the friends, and the Clubs, and sports.

My school has pushed me to be the best I am. My last two years at Geneva County High School we have majorly improved our facilities and our overall education. We have received new technology and new buildings. However, just like any school, we have problems. We struggle with taking in new ideas and not always staying in the traditional ways.
