My time at capital prep it showed me so much i have to learn from. I had the opportunity to learn from my mistakes and then fix it. while doing this i was able to prepare myself for the next step in my life.

Capital Prep is a good school to go to if you love social justice. Academically it is not as strong as other schools. But overall, Capital Prep is an ok School if you're trying to escape other Hartford public schools.

Capital Prep instilled great values in me as young adult especially when it came to social Injustice. It definitely braced me for the realities of the world and instilled be with a set of morals and values that are responsible for my passion and interest in activism and equality. However, its academic side was lagging.

This school is a disgrace. My kids went when Steve Perry had just opened it. After he left, the place started falling apart. I pulled my kids in their junior year. I have heard it is even worse now. Research before enrolling your kids here.

The intentions of this schools seem positive but its not. It is important to have a staff that understands curriculum. It does not seem to be the case in this school.
