GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I overall enjoy Harvard High school, but I especially love the music and arts department. The teachers that work here love what they are doing and it shows. One thing I will say is that there is not much support for the guidance office which makes it hard to communicate with your councilor. I wish there was overall more staff and support for the teachers. I also really enjoy the flex mod schedule, it helps with my time management skills.

Students work hard and enjoy being there. Sports department needs change. Teachers are okay and like helping students out when they need help. Lunch food needs improvement. School is small compared to other schools.

Some teachers are okay most of them dislike being here. There is not much talk about college and career paths. Some kid also blew up the toilet with a firecracker.

This school needs help. One of my children graduated last year and was not accepted into any of his three top choices, even though he was an "A" student here. He wasn't applying to Ivy League schools. Just normal State schools. Apparently, this school has a bad reputation in the college circuit. The...
