Bromfield is a pretty small school so almost everyone knows each other. Recently there has been a change in administration and the school is changing quite a bit and many of the students, including myself are not exactly happy about it.

Very good and small school. Lunches used to be very good until the chef was replaced. Although school is a bit of a bubble being in such a small town. Class sizes are about 100.

The emphasis on academics achievement is motivating, but sometimes it was overwhelming. Most students strive to get really good grades which can be difficult if you compare yourself to them. Also it can be hard for people with different learning styles to thrive and get the support they need. Other than that, you get a really good education at the Bromfield School.

The classes are average - nothing inspiring. The school prides itself on being successful on standardized measurements. This is a...

Harvard is a lovely town. By far, the worst thing about living in Harvard is Bromfield. I mean this in two ways - Bromfield is a toxic student environment, and it does a poor job at teaching, because that is not the goal that is rewarded. It is strange that a community that values education so highly...

The Harvard Schools are exemplary. My mother and her six siblings attended the Harvard Schools when Bromfield was a private academy. Her parents had immigrated to America, and they found a home in Harvard. My eight brothers and sisters and I attended the Hildreth and the Bromfield Schools. We have a...

My child attends Bromfield School. We relocated here from Texas and although it was a little challenging to get used to it has been a great move and we are very please with our childs education so far. I have another child entering this school in the fall.
