I have had a great experience at haslett, it is a great school district with great academics, teachers, and extra curricular activities. There are so many different opportunities to get involved within the school and district. One thing I would like to see change in the school is better preparing kids for after high school. One of the best parts of my experience has been the sense of community. The schools really do a nice job of connecting to the families in the district.

It's on the smaller side when it comes to high schools. They isn't much diversity but they still make it work by providing clubs and extra activities that help include everyone. The food isn't the best and there isn't much AP or honors classes offered for people wanting to advance more.

The teachers are nice and helpful. The administration sweeps every issue it is faced with under the rug, never to be questioned again. The student body values jocks above all else, and some teachers encourage this as they are Haslett sports alumni themselves. Ultimately, compared to the other districts surrounding, I am very glad that I attend Haslett Public Schools and I have no major complaints about the district.

We have been thrilled to have our children progress through the Haslett School System. Easily one of the best options in this region. All 3 have had a number of amazing teachers that I’m sure they will look back fondly on for many, many years.

Lacks diversity. Very "cliquey". Administrative lacks professionalism. On the plus side, academically, they are great but preparing the kids for the real world is not a strong point.

Honestly hasletts not the best school. They never accept new students. Their group is their groups. They accept no one. I've been here since 4th grade and am now going into high school and I hate haslett. They lack diversity! 95% white, 3% Asian and 2% black. We need more diversity. Also this school...

My son attended Haslett High School through Schools of Choice, and will graduate with honors on June 2, 2013. I could not be happier with Haslett High School, the teachers, staff, principals, School Board and the wonderful education he received. He will start college as a second semester freshman th...
