I have enjoyed my time at HHS. The best part about my school is the Big Red Band. I play the flute and march with the band. Worst parts have been the school lunches. I would like to see better lunches that are actually cooked and not just food that is heated up.

My overall experience has not been horrible but also not the best. While it is not an outstanding school I have had lots of positive memories made here. I have mainly enjoyed my time being in the band and time with my friends. The academics are not amazing compared to other schools, some teachers don't really teach and just give you a bunch of work. It's not a bad school to go to, but not my favorite.

Haughton High School has been great preparation for me to face a life after high school. The teachers and faculty are amazing and super nice. The teachers are always willing to help and are great at their job and also help to make sure to give us students the best opportunities.

Why are black and brown students so far behind their white counterparts when it comes to college readiness and...

Haughton is your typical small town school while there are favoritism's among student teachers and kid's parents that went to school there it is not what everyone is making it out to be. Haughton has its downsides, one of them being it does not offer a lot of classes for kids to excel in and there a...
