i would like more money given to the arts/music programs. We have great musicians and artists but they get shuffled to the bottom because it's not a sport.

A lot of the teachers are, like, really bad. Especially the math and history teachers. We had to teach ourselves math a lot of the time, and some friends of mine in my AP history class had to read the AP history study guide during class because literally all we did was watch movies. The administration sometimes helps bully kids, and the school is super segregated. Not everyone gets treated equally. The food sucks. I don't recommend going here.

Hays High provided amazing opportunities for their students to grow and find their future career path. You build strong relationships with teachers and classmates, it is an experience that I will not be able to get anywhere else.

Terrible, I regularly see students verbally attack several other students in the classroom while the teacher does nothing. In the worst case he joined in and threatened to attack a student who was only asking for clarification on an assignment.
