GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I currently attend a school that involves a very high level of poverty and uneducated individuals. I sincerely think that the majority of the teachers treat you the way you approach them as far as wanting to learn. I feel as if my foundation at home were not consistent with me and my education I would be lacking the knowledge that I have as of now. Not all teachers and counselors are the same so therefore I am responsible for my ambition.

Ever since the school shooting in Connecticut happened, the school locks the doors from the inside so the only way you can get in from the outside is if you borrow a teachers key or bang on the door until someone opens it for you. They need a better system. Students have been late to class because of this.

The teachers seem to hate their job or be frustrated. It seems like they just want to get through because the students get rowdy and are often times disrespectful.
