GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

School's falling apart, parking lots are like minefields, and the principal doesn't do too much. Teachers, bless their hearts, are doing their best. This school cares more about sports then academics.

Never saw people get bullied, teachers actually cared, some students helping eachother out. What I would Like to see change is more teachers to be active and connect with their students in genral. Or assist them with future choices. Maybe even give them life lessons so the student can learn from where their instructor has failed.

Heavener High School was a good experience for me. Heavener will always be home but their academics and college prep could improve
