I have two children at Kerr-Vance Academy. The teachers are very caring and dedicated to student learning. The commitment by the administration and faculty to maintaining a positive student environment for learning and growth is awe inspiring.

Problems with students doing things that threaten the safety of the school or bring up an issue of legality are very uncommon. Some drugs and alcohol are occasionally issues, but rarely on campus. However, when one does have an issue the school is ready and serious about helping. However, gang violence and dangerous bullying are not problems I am aware of or have experienced at my high school.

Athletics at my school are great. They are not excellent but we have student participation and a lot of school spirit. We have alright athletic faculties in some sports and few fitness programs.

Great environment to help raise your kids. We have 3 children, one upper school, one in the middle and one in kindegarden. We wouldn't send our children anywhere else!
