Poynter is honestly not just the best school. My seventh grade experience there was basically miserable. Eighth grade has definitely been a lot better but the school it's self is just eh.

Do not enroll your child in this school. If your kid is going to go here, unenroll them. During my 2 years at Poynter, fights would break out almost every single month. Kids would say homophobic slurs and bully other kids yet got no punishment. I witnessed a girl get beaten so badly she had to go to...

I have loved my experience at Poynter middle school. The staff are just as supportive as i imagined. I participated in a couple of the school plays and I really enjoyed it. I'm so sad to be leaving this school so soon, but I wish the best of upcoming poynter students!
