Any school is a sum total of its teachers....not the building itself....this one is a keeper for sure.... additionally I for one, am happy that they keep the helicopter moms out of the classroom ....they are teaching independence as well. Foster is physically showing its age, but inside is a vibrant center of learning. My son is in second grade and he loves going to school.
