Founded in 1969, The Pine School lies on the south side of Hobe Sound and serves kindergarten to 12th-grade students. With small classes and an independent educational model, students receive hands-on learning alongside their peers.
The dedicated teachers and staff promote educational experiences and offer many special programs and learning opportunities throughout the year. Field trips along the coast, outdoor learning days, and integrated technology are just a few ways The Pine School takes education to the next level.
Students enjoy multiple extracurricular opportunities like the rotary club, jazz ensemble, photography club, and Spanish club. These organizations help students find new passions while gaining valuable leadership skills.
The school has a strong academic reputation, with consistently above-average test scores and a high graduation rate. AP classes, honors courses, and school resources like computer and science labs prepare students for graduation and beyond.
With a large athletics program, each student is encouraged to participate in at least one of the many sports, including golf, soccer, volleyball, cross-country, cheerleading, sailing, and more. Students old enough to drive to school can paint their parking spots, giving them a chance to express themselves.

Both my daughters were at the Pine School from 3 years old to graduation and I couldnt be happier with the well rounded education they recieved from the school. They are both confident, grounded and indpendent thinkers and this school helped them immensely become the fine young people they are today

The Pine School is a small private school in Hobe Sound, Florida. While the actual education is very pleasant and enjoyable, the social options were quite limited. For me, at least.
