GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Good teachers doing the best they can with the limited resources they have. There seems to be a "good ol boy" mentality at this high school. There is a lot of nepotism at Hokes Bluff High School, Middle School and Elementary School.

I would like the school to tend more to children who do not play a sport, to like them the same as any other student. I also wish certain people were not favoritized or more provided for just because of who there parents are. Overall, the school has decent education, especially with some teachers. All of the teachers are nice and responsible.

In all honesty, I think I attend one of the best schools around. Our educators push us not only to be a good student but prepare us to one day be an adult. These teachers and staff members invest in us daily.

Overall, It is a good school. But, It lacks in certain fields and need improvement in standards with making the School Codes a little more clearer. I'd be nice If more technology was involved around the activities and more tactile methods of learning.

The school is only average at best. They only concentrate on sports and teachers children. They seriously need guidance on how to pick teachers. You don't have to know how to teach just be kin to someone.
