As a parent I felt that the principal was on top of things and treated by name and respect, even without knowing me! I felt that they are rigid but that is a good thing for a school, sorry that my son end up going to a different school afterwords because of school hours

The school needs to improve in hiring teacher. As much as they are unable to control if the teacher will last throughout the year, good research and getting references along with good hiring skills will allow you to get the right teachers with experience and resistance and aiming for success.
