GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The community at Hopkins High School is very close. Everyone is involved and supportive in this community. The diversity is limited which is something I wish were better, but it's more our location, not our school. Overall I feel that I was given a rounded education, but I'm ready for my next step in education at a university.

Through my experience I've seen that our sports teams are definitely going down, we aren't as good as we used to be and there seems to be a lot less interest in sports. I would like to see them showcasing how fun and beneficial sports are to teenagers in the future. They do a good job at preparing us for college. I think it could use a little more help, but they do good at encouraging kids to search for careers and career pathways thathtey wish to pursue.

Hopkins High School is not focused on getting students prepared for college. They do not have the resources. There were not enough staff to teach multiple sections of classes, so if there is ever a time conflict for 2 classes that you may need/want to take before college, it is nearly impossible. Both the student body and faculty/staff are not diverse and the administration has no desire to be. The teachers do pretty well with what they are given.

it gives an integral education. Sciences, Languages Habilities (writing and reding), Sports among others. Parents are involved in the young education.

This school is the WORST school. The teachers are VERY disrespectful and dont care about the students grades whatsoever. The principle is barely involved with anything that is going on, and counselors don't make a good job of getting in touch with children about there grades. The children there are...
