Overall, I enjoy this school and am glad to have gone here. The instrumental music program is amazing with an amazing band director. It's a large time commitment, but it was completely worth it. The sports are also good here. Most teachers, I've had a good experience with, but there have been a few who aren't great.

Many teachers have truly impacted my career as a student. They have been a big inspiration for myself. Unfortunately there have been many times where I have felt that upper faculty members and district employees do not have our best interests at heart. They prioritize whether we use are phones when going to the restroom, or being strict about absences/tardies. Although these rules are important in a learning environment, they aren't the most important. Teachers have stopped teaching and instead let assignments/videos teach us. Nowadays we are given "busy work" to complete that will never leave me feeling like I learned something. I am a student who enjoys learning, but I don't enjoy teaching myself.

I like my school well enough, I am often annoyed by my admin, though that's probably typical, we have good sports, though I don't really care about sports, the school stays clean and we have nice enough rooms. I have had really really good teachers and I've had really bad ones too. What I love is the arts at my school, we have a legendary choir program, and a really devoted drama program as well, which I'm happily involved in.

Our experience with this high school has been fantastic so far. Our daughter is excelling in her classes and is involved in their exceptional drama department. The productions they put on impressive! The girls’ volleyball program is also phenomenal. Great community of parents.
