GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoyed Cross Country and participation in both jazz choir and jazz band. I also feel as though we have a very strong track team, and many dedicated teachers. I enjoyed the time spent in the Chemistry Lab and the laid back environment

I grew up in this town, my sister graduated from here as well, and neither of s have had a great experience with students, teachers, or academics. most of the teachers employed here are really good people, but are horrible educators, some are great people as well as great educators, and of course only a few are terrible at both. its mostly the terrible educators and great people though that make up the staff here at HSHS. the student body has never been extremely supportive of each other and there is a lot of hatred between everyone. its overall just not a great environment and i'm truthfully ready to leave and move on to new adventures.

I am a good student, one of the top students, in fact. I am not really challenged mentally in this school. I can manage everything and have excellent grades, mostly because it is very easy. As for workload, however, some nights, I can get pretty crammed with homework/projects.
