The 2022-2023 school year at Emmott Elementary for my kids has been very disappointing. I have a child in 1st grade and one in 3rd grade. Some of their teachers this year have pushed my kids to dislike school which has made it difficult for me to engage and help them. First, there has been such lack...

Very poor. The minority children are treated as if they are being punished for their race. Mostly white children in tutoring, though they are not less than a fourth of the population there.

My son is very smart but he has slight ADHD. I've noticed since he's started here he has become withdrawn and angry. This is out of line with his normal behavior as he's usually a happy reserved kid.
