This school has lots to offer. They just need stronger authority and parent involvement. The school and teachers is not the issue, it's getting the kids to know right from wrong at home and to get real consequences when they mess up at school.

Academics are not important at this school just a labeling of behavioral problems students according to the staff. This is the worst school my children have EVER attended. My 12 yr old and 14 yr old neice both attended Fondren from 6th grade ONLY because they were zoned there. I can honestly and regretfully say they haven't learned anything. They pass the kids just to say they have students succeeding, the Admin...

I am a parent and I can honestly say that this school is by far the worst I've dealt with. I have an 8th grader that goes there. The Principal and the Assistant Principal are extremely rude and disrespectful to parents. They treat the kids like they are nothing. They belittle and talk down to them....
