Overall it is what you make it. It all depends on the student. If the students wants to learn they will find a way. Where there is a will there is a way. The helps is there but you have to look for it. The counselors want to help you but as expected they help you not do it for you. This school is not on a good side of town. There is a lot of fights

Imagine a school filled with every kind of person you can imagine, the kind, loud, emo, preppy, sporty and etc. now put everyone together in one cramped school where security isn't a thing and education there is optional.

If it wasn't for them and their dual credit program, I would have never gotten into Texas A&M. Throughout my time here, the...

This campus has really turned around under the new direction and leadership of the administrative team over the past 4 years. The campus leadership is the reason that the school has gone from WORST to FIRST. Nimitz High School students and staff should be proud at the fact that Nimitz is the Highest...

The school needs to stop with the ridiculous collar shirt dress code; it's not a private school! It's a PUBLIC SCHOOL. The collar shirt dress code, does not put a stop to inappropriate attires of some girls. I see short dresses, crop tops, low cut tees on girls! WITHOUT COLLARS, but they still go a...

The school offers a lot of dual credit and there is a diverse campus of great teachers who work diligently, creatively, and compassionately at what they do. Students that take advantage of what is offered will go far in college and their career choices.
