Established in 1963, Marina High is a public school in the Huntington Beach Union High School District. Located at 15871 Springdale St., in Huntington Beach, the school enrolls approximately 2,300 students and serves ninth through 12th grade. Home of the Vikings, Marina High is a California Distinguished School Recipient and offers an extensive core curriculum featuring classes in education, English, math, social science, science and world languages. The school also has a Visual Arts and performing academy and an art program for students who are taught the history of art and its unique place in our world. I believe that my experience at Marina high school is a great experience. I was able to make connections with multiple different people and different teacher. The teacher try the best to get you ready for what's to come in the future. There are multiple extracurriculars for whatever you would like to do. The community is great in the school, there are a lot of different types of people.
