Oakwood Adventist Academy is an excellent school. It prepares it's students to enter college and do well. The school has many extra curricular activities like clubs and sports. The school encourages volunteer work in it's students.

I'm a student at Oakwood university which is connected to the academy. I know a lot of students who goes to this academy and I go there for math tutoring sometimes. The students are very nice, they're taught respect, they teach them to put God first in everything. Kids there are very different for the other academies, they're very spiritual, they teach them good discipline and to help and love the community.

Oakwood Adventist Academy is a great school to attend for a Christian-based experience. They do their best to keep things organized and simple for students to progress through. The high school is definitely helpful in preparing students for college by having ACT prep, clubs & organizations, and even CNA/Pharmacy Technician programs.
