Sturgis has a great staff and sets students up well for lengthy assignments. Other than academics, Sturgis lacks resources for sports, diversity, and overall social aspects of school.

Sturgis was an amazing school for prepping me for college. Sturgis offers an independence that other school don't really allow. The IB curriculum requires an Internal Assessment for each class and you are allowed to choose your own topic. This alone helped me prepare for the independence college requires when writing essays which I'm not sure another school could have prepared me for. The staff and teachers are amazing and they truly want you to succeed and it's noticeable in their style of teaching. The IB course is hard but it helps develop a community between you and the other students that are also taking the course. I faced hardships but came out a much better student and extremely ready for college.

Sturgis is an awesome high school with incredible teachers who helped me develop as a student in so many ways. The music program is great and helped me grow as a student and as a person. Sturgis is very accepting and open environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves and thrive.

10 out of 10. I was over prepared for college, when I left I felt like I learned so much more compared to public school, gave me better habits, gave me structure, discipline. I graduated college with a 3.4 GPA while working full time.

The administration (Paul marble) do not care about the students. They care about ratings. They aren't open to trying modern techniques and are only concerned with what benefits them.
