I truly enjoyed my time at Idabel High School. Growing up, I always attended Idabel Public Schools, and overall it is a great school system. I enjoyed every teacher I had, and everyone was always friendly. I admit that I am slightly biased because both of my parents teach at Idabel Public Schools, but I truly believe that Idabel changed my life. After finishing college with my vocal music education degree, I hope to return home and teach at Idabel Public Schools to share my love for music with my hometown.

Idabel High School is relatively rural, has poor teachers, does not prepare kids for college, and is quite confusing for certain students.

There are many controversial statements regarding our school, but I personally find our school full of optimistic opportunities. Twirling at that high school has taught me about confidence, school spirit, and being kind to others.
