Ironton is a great school for such a small district. Our teachers are good to us and we excel in multiple sports

The students and teachers at Ironton are amazing. Almost every one of them supports the students. We are offered a wide variety of sports, art, and extra curricular activities to participate in. The staff is always willing to listen to input and help change the school for the better and provide an excellent education to the best of their ability.

Ironton is a very close-knit community. If you are not a known person at Ironton, you tend to be left out.

When I went to this school,, everything was all about who your parents were. It was very biased. Each student was treated differently and it was more about its football program than its curriculum. If you played sports you got ushered along.

This school is kept very tidy, greatly maintained, and open ( when it comes to learning differences). Through my years I seen kids with learning disabilities or differences and all the kids and staff are very great, the kids will cheer them on even help them with anything they can and staff does the...

This school was very poorly ran when I went my 4 years there. They have coaches for teachers which is fine when they are teaching health, gym, etc..but I had a coaches son as a math teacher and he just went over football plays most the class.
