These past 4 years have been a fun as well as an educational experience. When I need help, I get it. When I am struggling, I have friends who relate to my issues and teachers who support and try to help me. However, I do believe safety should be looked into and given more attention. Overall, I have loved the past 4 years, and I am glad I transferred to that school.

Irving High School is a good school to go to, the counselors and the staff were a great support system all throughout my high school years. There are teachers here who make it their job for every student to understand their lessons and even have one on one lessons when they are on break. Over all Irving High school is a great school with having a good support system with their staff.

Going to this school since Freshman year I have had a long journey. When it comes to academics AP teachers are amazing and will prepare you for college and get you that college credit you need but when it comes to the on level classes the education and environment isn't put first it can be disorganized. The school has a lot of security and safety pre cautions and admin is usually helpful depending on who you go to. Their are college resources like AVID classes specially for college prep and counselor meetings to discuss college.

Everything is unorganized and never done on time. The principal was just as bad luckily he is retiring. Not everything is bad there’s a few g...

Definitely could improve. Some teachers are great but honestly that’s not enough. I recommend going somewhere else for a better high school experience.

Teachers at this school are so unprofessional! My student knows more about what their teacher did over the weekend, who they're dating, where they live etc. than the lesson at hand. No encouragement what so ever.....teachers are more concerned with being students friend than teaching. Don't let this...
