Baron elementary is in the middle of a lower economic community. The teachers at this school care about each and every student. They believe in their students and want to help them succeed in life. Not only do teachers meet the needs of the students academically but they also show the students how much they care about them. I am proud of everything Barton has accomplished and how they are continuing to grow.

Barton is horrible about letting you know when a kid gets injured. I am now scared to send my kid to school after him coming home with a knot on his head the size of his nose. After having a meeting with the principal they still couldn’t tell me what happen.

Barton has an amazing family feel as soon as you walk in the doors. Everyone is always taking care of others. The students and staff are determined to grow and be better than they were the day before. This school definitely has resilience!
