My good experiences is that the kids and teachers seem more calmer compared to my old school, since this is my first year here, it just seems safe. I don't have any bad experiences, it's just I think that the principle is too strict with the phones and bathrooms and that's really just it.

The best part of being a student at Nimitz High School was being able to run for homecoming Queen and princess both my senior and sophomore year. The worst experience would be when on of my teachers tried to email all my other teachers to affect my grade when me and the teacher had a disagreement over miscommunication although I passed her class and had no missing assignments.

The area it's in is slowly becoming unsafe, but in my experience, Nimitz helped me get into UT Austin even with its finite resources. It's mostly the students who worsen the experience, but some of the teachers make up for it. I have hope that someday it'll be the institution it hopes to be.

The new principal, Mr. Nickerson, is on a power trip and insults both students and teachers. He does not respect the students or parents.

Nimitz is an excellent school to attend the teachers make you understand the assignment that they give you.also Nimitz has a solid culture especially band.Band has taught me valuable lessons in life and band has prepared me for the future the teachers in Nimitz make you feel prepared.

Absolutely terrible environment in every possible way imaginable. I used to enjoy attending this school for the most part but recent leadership has made my experience intolerable. I no longer feel welcomed into a learning environment without fearing harsh punishments from administration. They cater...
