North Side High School is a good school when it comes to safety. Although the teachers seemed a little tough they still cared about the students. The guidance counselor always seeks the best interest of the students and helps them out.

The building is very old so there a areas that really need updated. However, safety has been a concern for my daughter.

Northside offers many AP courses and has different dual-enrollment opportunities. These courses were rigorous and prepared me for the ACT test. The classes provided me a supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Northside is a school that has improved alot. Current administration is caring and makes an effort to get to know students on a personal level. There are incentives in place and opportunities for all.

Northside is one of the best schools in Jackson. It has much diversity. Educators and staff members consistently collaborate to meet the needs of students. Administration is caring and supportive of students, faculty, and staff.

Child centered school with caring educators and administrators. There are a few rowdy kids but, overall, students are great.

I feel that the teacher are great but the students are aggressive racist and when they don't like something they throw stuff we had a great foren substitute and he told them not to eat in class so they threw. The food, suckers, and other things at him and called him racist for not letting them brake...
