Across from Patton Park, on the south side of Jacksonville, Florida, is a school with an academic mission that prepares young locals to serve and change the world since 1997. I have gone to this school for six years and it has been a great experience. The school overall is fantastic with preparing us for college and the teachers are great. The higher level of rigor in each class helps us students to be set apart from kids from other schools when applying to colleges.

Providence is a Christian school where God is first. Their academics are extremely good, and the teachers genuinely care about everyone. I am personally the captain of the robotics team, and I can confidently say that we have no lack of resources. I highly recommend this school to anyone who is considering it.

I think that Providence is a great school with an equipped academic environment ensuring college readiness for student. I think that the overall diversity of the school is one of the few things that could be improved.

The school is supportive of students academic, social, and spiritual development. The teachers truly care about the students. They have lots of success in getting students accepted to UF, FSU, And other top notch schools.

Racism is rampant. Everyone gets straight A’s all you have to do is email a teacher. Minimal AP courses available. Save your money and go to a magnet public school.
