Eagle Academy is a school where you are in control of your experience. AP classes are offered to all students, but the pace of the class often times isn't enough to be prepared for the AP test. Smoking is a major issue, but students in the building are rarely ever violent. On occasion there will be safety incidents that happen near or right outside the school, but being in the building is one of the safest places for a young man of color in the area

What I love about this school is the effort our teachers put us through to be college-ready. I wished that I could redo my whole highschool experience.

What I like about this school is that students all wear uniform. It assist our father's with our development and guidance by reinforcing certain principles like preparing us for the business world. one of the thing's I think the school is missing is programs that offers a basic skilled training example electrician, barber skill mechanic etc. I think when young men leaves from an all Male school they should leave with basic trade skills. I think the school should offer driver ed.

They basically lie to get you to fill the seat and then they break all promises. No one ever picks up the phone. No one seems to care about...

I was told the day before the Moving Up Ceremony that my son had to attend summer school and could not attend the ceremony after paying $240 for senior activities, purchasing food for field day, hundreds of dollars for his suit for the ceremony and prom. My son struggles but attended tutoring during...
